Registration & Bidding Instructions

1. Create an account if you do not already have one.

Click “Sign up” on the bar at the top of this website. This will bring you to a page where you will enter your contact information, create a password, and confirm your email.

2. Prepare for the procurement window.

The SREC Delaware Program only accepts applications during a two-week procurement window each year. You can prepare for the procurement window with our application checklist. The checklist lists all the questions that you will need to answer on the application.

3. Submit an application

Log in to your account after the procurement window opens. Click “Applications” on the top bar.

Click “New Application” to begin.
