The procurement solicitation will open for all tiers on Monday, April 2nd. Tier 1 and Tier 2A will close when filled or on Friday, April 6th at 5:00 PM EST, whichever comes later.
These tiers will remain open at least until Friday, April 6th. Tier 2B and Tier 3 will close on Friday, April 13th at 5:00 EST.
All bids will be entered at the www.SREC Delaware.com website, which will also be the central clearinghouse for information regarding the procurement. No bids will be accepted prior to April 2nd and all bids must be submitted online through the SREC Delaware website.
