Which facilities are eligible for the Program?

To participate in the SREC Delaware Program your system must meet the criteria for the current procurement and be eligible for a Delaware Certification number from the Delaware Public Service Commission. The Delaware certification number certifies that your system is an Eligible Energy Resource under the Delaware Renewable Energy Portfolio Standard.
